Coach / Volunteer Requirements:

• Those applying for a Head Coach or Assistant Coach position, MUST complete a 2010 Fall version of the Coaching Application, Volunteer Application / Background Consent form, and a Code of Conduct form.�
• Any parent volunteer that might be in the dugout with the kids (Team Mom), MUST also complete the Volunteer Form which will include a background check.
• All head coaches, assistants and parent volunteers MUST wear their ID badge at all times while on the field.  This will be enforced by Umpires and Board member on duty.  If no ID badge is visible, the person WILL NOT be allowed on the field or in the dugout.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Anyone that does NOT have a Spring 2010 field badge, MUST obtain one to have access to practice fields or 5 Star Baseball field access.
