Dear TCLL Parents & Guardians,

Thank you for signing up your player or if you are in the process of registering your player to participate in Baseball for the upcoming 2010 Spring Baseball season.  We are all looking forward to seeing you at the ballpark for an exciting season!

This year we will have player evaluations for your registered player on both Saturday, February 6^th and Saturday, February 13^th.  All Head Coaches will be on hand to watch your player go through various baseball skill drills so each coach has the opportunity to evaluate each individual that has signed up to play. 

In order to play baseball in the spring 2010 season, ALL registered players who are not on a Head Coaches “pre-select” list will be required to attend and participate in the player evaluations on either February 6^th or February 13^th.  If a player has signed up to play and is not on a “pre-select” list, that does not attend either evaluation session, they will not be able to play in the upcoming Spring 2010 baseball season.   NOTE:  All Head Coaches will contact players that have been placed on a “pre-select” list in advance of the player evaluations and must have parent consent. A refund check from TCLL will be mailed out to the registrant if a player fails to attend either player evaluation session.
